“If you want to make change, you have to slow down and become aware of what your needs are. Most of us are too busy doing to stay still long enough to listen to our innermost truth.”

Hi! I’m Dr. Rachel Barbanel-Fried aka Dr. RBF

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Executive Coach.

I consult with executives and organizations looking to elevate performance and reach new levels of success in the workplace and beyond.

I also see couples in a therapeutic setting who are looking to move forward towards growth, change, and healing.
